About v for food
V for Food is a young, mission-driven company with a crystal clear goal: to give the world a taste of how good plant-based food is. We do this with unique food tours in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and of course “our” own Domstad. In Utrecht we have already laid a firm foundation with a city tour and a bicycle tour that are booked several times a week. Together with our guides we have collected hundreds of five-star reviews. Due to success we are now looking for new guides to join our Utrecht team!
What will you do?
As a guide in Utrecht, you are the ambassador of the vegetable revolution.
- Varied tours: You’ll lead our popular walking tours along the canals, but also hop on your bike to take participants to inspiring entrepreneurs just outside the city center
- Hotspot Expert: You tell the stories behind the entrepreneurs and share the city’s hidden gems.
- Positive Impact: You inspire participants with stories about the impact of food on people, animals and the planet.
Who are you?
- Vegan (must): You fully support the plant-based mission and speak from your own experience.
- Freelancer (preferred): You hold a Chamber of Commerce number and can bill for your services – this is our standard operating procedure
- Student (optional): Are you a student and do not yet have a KVK? No problem: in consultation we will look for a suitable form of contract.
- Energetic & Sporty: You love to be active and lead a bike tour as enthusiastically as a walking tour.
- Utrechter: You live in the city and find your way blindly (even on a bike!).
- Natural talent: You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Flexible: Available on Saturdays.
